Matt Hollingsworth is a personal injury trial attorney, licensed in Georgia and Pennsylvania. Selected as a Georgia Rising Star in Personal Injury for 2020, 2021, and 2022, Matt focuses on helping people injured as a result of the negligence of others. He has experience working with Georgia courts in civil litigation matters including automobile accidents, motorcycle accidents, trucking cases, medical malpractice, slip and fall, premises liability, dog bites, and other catastrophic injury matters.
Matt has experience in all stages of litigation, including pre-suit investigations, discovery, depositions, motions practice, settlement and mediation, and trial. Matt’s background includes working at two premier Atlanta law firms where he represented both plaintiffs and national insurance companies, teaching him the ins and outs of the insurance industry’s handling of claims.
Matt has litigated hundreds of personal injury and insurance defense matters, and acted as first-chair counsel in jury and bench trials. This background has prepared him with the ability to fight aggressively and strategically for accident victims and their families.

In March of 2020, Attorney Matt Hollingsworth launched Hollingsworth Injury Law to better serve the Atlanta, Georgia community. With a skilled background and hunger for justice, what started as a one-man show has since flourished into a growing team of six and expansion into Pennsylvania.
