Clair Hollingsworth is a legal coordinator with Hollingsworth Injury Law. Clair and Matt are cousins and after realizing they both shared a love for litigation and personal injury work, Matt asked her to join the Hollingsworth Injury Law Team.

At Hollingsworth Injury Law, Clair assists clients with their injury claims before a lawsuit is filed and helps guide them through the litigation process once a lawsuit commences. Clair has extensive experience helping clients with their injury claims from automobile accidents, to slip and fall claims, and trucking accidents.

Clair has multi-state personal injury knowledge from working with a large car accident law firm in South Carolina. Her past experience working with Special Needs Trusts allows her to have insight into how personal injury settlements and awards can work in tandem with government benefits. She has also worked with the Lancaster County Public Defender’s office and the United State’s Attorney’s Office.

Clair received her undergraduate degree from the College of Charleston in Political Science with a focus on public policy and a minor in Classics. She graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2017 with her juris doctorate degree; from there she clerked for the Honorable Judge R. Lawton McIntosh in the 10th Circuit in South Carolina.

Clair has dreamed of being a litigator since joining her high school’s mock trial team. She went on to compete in mock trial at both college and law school levels. She was awarded the Justice Lewis F. Powell Medal for Excellence in Advocacy in 2016 and the D. Reese Williams Trial Advocacy Award in 2017.
