An Atlanta native, Dale Graham is a Litigation Paralegal with Hollingsworth Injury Law. Dale has 20+ years of experience working in law, with the last decade focused exclusively on insurance and personal injury cases. She has successfully supported a wide range of complex matters from the point of intake up through trial including automobile accidents, negligent security cases, slip and fall incidents, trucking accidents, and medical malpractice claims.
A crucial part of the HIL team, Dale brings her experience from working for insurance companies to benefit people injured by the negligence of others. She worked with law firms that defended large corporations and as well as individuals, where she gained key insights on the insurance industry. As a critical member of the HIL litigation team, Dale combines technical expertise with a client-focused mindset to ensure every case is handled with precision and care.
In addition to her paralegal duties, Dale also serves as the firm’s administrator, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently. Her leadership, organizational insight, and deep institutional knowledge make her a foundational part of the HIL team.
